Job Description

This content strategist role will be aligned to materials supporting the sales process for our Institutional Asset Management business. You will work closely across Institutional Sales/Client teams with a focus on developing content strategy and core sales process content to be used by relationship managers in their interactions with constituents during the sales process. This includes developing materials to support talk tracks, communications, and finalist meetings. This role will initially focus on collaborating with a content review committee and developing a strategy for how to approach building and maintaining a meaningful library of “off the shelf” content.

Here is what you will be doing

  • Lead the content review committee process to build consensus on what is needed and synthesize feedback and best practices into materials.
  • Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of templated materials customized by client facing team members and sales enablement strategists during the sales process.
  • Develop a content management strategy and implement/manage any associated technologies to support the user experience as materials are being located, customized, and presented.
  • Work with marketing to ensure higher level marketing messaging is incorporated into materials and consistent branding is applied to templates.
  • Work with compliance and risk partners to ensure templated materials are approved and develop a process and strategy for reviewing customization to approved materials.
  • Measures effectiveness and monitors usage of sales process materials.
  • Leads and/or participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred skill set:

  • Ability to persuade and influence across teams and at all management levels.
  • Experience translating complex client/business problems into effective systemic design solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proven track record, strategic project experience.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,485.00 - $84,100.00 - $92,510.00
